>Koundinya is a Singapore-headquartered global house — we back founders, counsel builders and governments, trade across borders, and hold assets that compound across generations. Named for the ancient voyager who crossed uncharted seas, and built on the far shore.

A builder of companies and institutions — investing where the next decade of growth will actually come from.
Vamsi Udayagiri founded and scaled Hesa, one of the largest rural commerce platforms of its kind, connecting more than 100,000 communities through a network of tens of thousands of local entrepreneurs. He went on to build FORGE, a venture studio that incubates and launches new companies at the frontier of emerging markets.
He serves on the faculty of Stanford Seed, spoke at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and writes and speaks widely on the economies most of the world overlooks. Koundinya is the house through which that work now compounds globally — an investor, advisor, and trading partner headquartered in Singapore and operating without borders.
His conviction is simple. The best ideas of the coming decade will come from unexpected places — and the capital that finds them first, with patience, judgement, and a genuinely global view, will define the age. Koundinya exists to be that capital.
On sourcing conviction in the markets the rest of capital still overlooks — and why that gap is the opportunity.
